Does Like Grandpa ship internationally?

We offer shipping to Canada and the United States through Canada Post. At this time, we are not able to ship internationally to any other countries. 

How do you ship to the US?

Our US shipments start with Canada Post, and then are transferred over to USPS.  At this time we do not offer any other carriers. 

Do you offer shipment tracking?

Canadian shipments will automatically recieve a tracking number within their shipment notification email.

US shipments unfortunately are not tracked at this time.  This is because to offer tracking, we would have to ship via. DHL at a substantially increased cost.  We would rather have you free up funds for more grooming products than pay for more shipping.

What are your shipping costs?

Here at Like Grandpa, we offer a flat shipping rate across the board. It is $6-$10 for various parts of Canada and the US.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After fulfillment, our shipping time is within two to nine business days. However, unexpected delays may come up through our shipping provider., but this is uncommon.

My package was damaged/wasn't delivered! What do I do?

Your first step is to contact Canada Post and start a claim/let them know about the situation.  Once that has been completed, let us know whats going on.  Often we can help out, especially if it is time sensitive, but without a clam, it is very difficult for us to get any refunds.  We appreciate you helping us on your ends when issues do occur.
